Kinetics of First Order Phase Transformation in Se75Te19In6 Glass for Phase Change Memory
In the present research work, we have studied the kinetics of first order phase transformation in Se75Te19In6 glass synthesized by melt quenching technique. The amorphous nature of the synthesized sample was confirmed by High Resolution X-Ray Diffraction (HRXRD).
