The present work describes the influence of thermal annealing in Se₇₅Te₂₂Cd₃ thin film. The bulk alloy of Se75Te22Cd3 was prepared by melt quenching method. The amorphous and glassy texture of the sample was verified by Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) technique.
